Run “Download first” once before the batch. A CSV with data = working. A login or error page instead of a file = you’re not logged into SNDS in this browser, or SNDS is erroring.

No-data IPs download an empty / headers-only CSV — harmless. Files land in Downloads; switch to the Viewer tab and drop them in.
